胡贤巧 专业学科:食品科学 研究方向:食品质量与安全 |
胡贤巧,女,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2013年获浙江大学化学博士学位,同年7月进入中国水稻研究所农业农村部稻米及制品质量监督检验测试中心从事稻米品质评价研究,目前主要从事稻米品质形成机理、稻米品质智能评价、稻米品质快速评价等方面的研究工作。
主持浙江省自然科学基金项目、农业行业标准制定和修订项目等9项,参加国家自然科学基金、浙江省科技计划项目等多项。目前以第一或者通讯作者(含共同)在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Sensors and Actuators B-Chemical等国内外期刊发表论文二十余篇,累计影响因子超过70;以第一完成人研制国家标准样品1项,制定农业行业标准3项,授权发明专利2项。
