科研情况
长期从事半纤维素酶如木聚糖酶和甘露聚糖酶的挖掘、基因改造与产品开发,饲用微生物开发与利用,以及益生菌调控动物糖脂代谢的机制研究。近5年,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金面上项目《β-葡萄糖苷酶定向转化稀有人参皂苷的分子机理研究》,国家重点研发计划项目子课题《益生菌及肠道微生物调节糖脂代谢作用机制研究》以及《肉鸭高效低排饲料配制技术应用和示范》项目,申请专利7项,授权发明专利1项,以第一作者先后在Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology,Foods和Food&Nutrition Research等期刊发表SCI文章8篇。
